15 Favourites Romance Movies (Part 1)

Salam,

Motivated by Ana's recent blog (heee..makasih ya ana!), I listed down 15 of my favorites romance movies. Sebenarnya macam banyak, tapi lantak ah. For my own referencess pun bile masa dah tua. hoho.

I've been planning to write it down for quite sometime now, but cik procrastinate and cik malas got a hold of me. So today dengan jayanya men type.

Some of the movies I chose are just classic boy meet girl then happy endingnye movie, while others are the sure-hero/heroin-ada-mati-one! kindda movie.

But overall it's those movies which touch your heart, left a tingling feeling inside and eventually leads you to berangan to have the same love story, same guy, same romantic moments etc etc *sigh, kalau la benar..*

So here goes,

Aisyah's 15 favourites romance movies:

1. Mozart And the Whale

I highly recommend you guys to watch this indie movie. The story mainly evolves about two autistic people who fall in love and their difficulties in maintaining their relationship. Josh Hartnett memang hebat ah in potraying as an autistic person, same goes to Radha mitchell.

2. A Moment to Remember - Korea

Oh..I love the character in here!

It is one of those movies, you wish to be as lemah lembut and ayu as the heroin, because you wish to get the tough-ARCHITECT-tahan nangis-good looking nye hero. heee *berangan*

Overall, the storyline and development of character are nicely showed here. Tu la pasal boleh menangis kaw-kaw. Feeling abih aa!

3. 50 First Dates

















I've watch this movie more than 5 times. That's how much I like this movie!

It's super sweet and the humour is just right. Not stupidly overboard. Plus, they have great songs in it. Forgetfull lucy~

Lucy : What happen to the cow?
Henry : Same like you, everday they have to remind her she's a cow.

4. Notebook
















Ni adalah classic. Simple and sweet.

Bookbased like A Walk to Remember, I think it is well adapted or maybe even better! They've chose great actors to play Allie and Noah.

Definitely a must watch!

Allie: Why now? I've been waited for 7 years??

5. Edward Scissorhand

















Waaaaah..sukaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!

Oh no no, not because our dear Johnny Depp is in it, but because simply..sukaaaaa!

So maybe it is not a typical romance movie, and maybe I love the idea of the character more than the whole romance thing, but tak kesah lah! A great movie by Tim Burton!

6. Secrets - Taiwan

















I used to have an obsession over this movie!

Tengok banyak kali, download semua soundtrack, tiru certain words, ngan siap ada tiru certain action dalam cite nie ngan Hui Min! Memang menambahkan obsesi sama Jay Chou

But seriously, this story is great. Most of the scenes are in schools, so you can have that correlation and the love between Xianglu and Xianyu are just so adorable! The movie even emphasice on love between parents and child

My suggestion: Tengok movie ni dengan headset. Amazing amazing music is in it :)

7. 10 Things I Hate about You
















This is one cool romantic chick flick.

Sebenarnya 'She's All Tha't pun best gak. But I love the character of the girl here, played by Julia Stiles. Tough, independant and knows what she wants kindda woman. That's how I like it.

And the guy, acted by the late Heath Ledger is not your typical guy next door. When he sang "Can't take my eyes off of you", aduh sweet plak rasa.

Great to watch with your bestbuddies!
