Mr Rejab is here!

**Caution! This is a very long entry**

*door creeks slowly*

" Aisyah, bangun. Dah nak abih sahur"

Dang! Instantly my eyes open. I check my phone, 10 minutes before 4.30am which means 10 minutes before sahur finish.

"Aik, asal handphone nye alarm tak berbunyi?" I thought to myself silently.
There goes my well plan idea of a perfect sahur-roti dengan telur mata kerbau setengah matang sama sayur kobis dicincang halus-halus. *sigh*

Dissapointed yet bersemangat to sahur, I make my way to Ain's room.

I manage to drink 2 glasses of air putih, while Ain ate 2 spoons of cereal before we heared the calling of azan. Kesian Ain, tengah-tengah makan stop dan terus pergi toilet, tak sempat nak habis cereal.

No worries! It's the month of Rejab! A month of Allah The Almighty.

To tell you the truth, I didn't know what is so special of Rejab. Heks, I even didn't know it's near Rejab until a friend of mine sms about it. So I did my homework (googled la ape lagi) and find some interesting facts about the month of Rejab

Simple facts about the month of Rejab:
1) Rejab itself means "Holy".
2) It is the 7th month of Islamic Lunar calender. After Rejab, comes Sya'ban and then Ramadhan. :)

3) One of the 4 sacred months (Al-Ashhur-al-hurum) in which battles were prohibited.
4) It is the event of Israk Mikraj (ascension of the Holy Prophet
to the heavens) took place.
5) A month to ask for forgiveness and turn repentant to Allah (SWT) as much as you can because
"mercy drops from the heaven like a gentle rain in the month of Rejab"

"The Holy Prophet Muhammad (saw) has said: “Rejab is a great month of Allah (SWT), unmatched by any other month in the respect and significance (accorded to it); war with the infidels during this month is prohibited; Verily, Rejab is Allah’s month, Sya’ban my month and Ramadan the month of my Ummah; whosoever fasts a day in the month of Rejab will be granted the great reward of Ridwan (an angel in heaven); the wrath of Allah (SWT) shall be distanced and a door of the Hell shall be closed.”

So here are some fadhilat of fasting to keep us motivated beribadah during this Holy Month of Allah:

So, ape lagi teman-teman, let us try our best and use this Holy Month wisely!

Till then,
Bye!

Aisyah's mumble: Banyaknye lecture notes nak baca..sigh. Padan muka sendiri, belajar last minute lagi! :P

Apa? Open house?

Salam,

"So, when you're guys gonna do your open house?"

Yes, THE question people keep on asking us. After moving in to our house last December, now and then our batchmates will pop out the question.

When that happens, I'll reply with a senyuman terpaksa plastered on my face ," Tu la, busy la sekarang, nanti ktorang buat "
while Hema will reply in a more quirky way, " Eh rumah ktorg memang sentiasa open house, korg datang bawak makanan sendiri je. Come laa "

Yup, that's our Hema!

Anyway, since our move, there were other of our own batchmates shift to a house. Two houses to be exact. I guess when you're cool and hip people tend to follow you. Heks! Kidding!

So being the senior shifter (is there such word??) , we've oblige to follow "the open house rule"- Siapa pindah dulu, dia kene buat open house! And the other new shifter- dengan bagusnya ikut adat Melayu, tak nak langkah bendul, patiently waits for their turns.

Haish. Even juniors who've recently shift already did their open house.

Fret not! Us, E26D-ex sendoworians shall do our open house..err soon!

Till then,
Bye!

Aisyah's mumble: Xiang Wei really can cook! Her curry and nasi rempah seriously sedap. I must say, they handle their open house quite well. The food is always fill, and people seems to enjoy themselves.

Sleepless me

Salam,

I've skip 3 hours kuliah just to get some shut eye.
Did I get some sleep?
Yes, along with some headache and feeling of tiredness when I woke up. That figures.
Golek kanan golek kiri.
I've even lay down a mattress on the floor, thinking the coolness of the floor may somehow make it easier for me to sleep.
And it doesn't help that I keep on thinking the whole stacks of lecture notes I haven't read (and some other err troubling stuff..)
And when I solat, emm let just say I wasn't focus as I should be.
My head is throbbing, my eyes feel hot, I feel feverish.
The same signs like last time, except that this time around I still can sleep. Great!
Well its good to know atleast, a little friend of mine is worry bout me,
Miss Sleeping Pills has already shouting "eat me! eat me you moron!" hehehe..

Not to worry! I still have tonight!
Till then,
Bye!

It is so uncool waking up everyday feeling tired and dizzy. Where your body feels fresh but your mind doesn't.

It is even uncool when your mind keeps on thinking, of such ridiculous things, when you're asleep or your eyes wide open.

It is sooo uncool, that sometimes you don't look forward to sleep, because you know how you're going to feel, the next moment you open your eyes.

Surprise surprise!

Salam,

I'm looking forward for tonight! We're doing a surprise birthday party for our dear ketua. It'll be just the 6 of us in Kedai Kopi around 12am, which makes me think-how come we're quite close?

Maybe not to the extend of sharing our deepest secrets or hanging out everyday, but when we do (which we'll be in meetings. haish) we enjoy each other's company. Some friends of mine even say that we have a strong "semangat hicom"-err that's good thing right?

Anyway, let just hope everything goes as plan. Heks, I've even come up with some excuses if he asks why we're here. Till then,

Bye!

>>

you used to try,
every time you have the chance,
sometimes you'll feel the warmth,
at times you'll be left aside,
but you don't think much of it,
so you keep going on,
and one day you stop,
you feel tired and confuse,
you keep asking why,
but no questions answered,
so you stop to try,
and simply don't care anymore.

Blogging

Salam,

Hiks! Finaally, a blog of my own. Reason to blog? Let just say after 5 hours of pecah otak writing my motivation letter I've realize how lousy my English was- well, my English was lousy to begin with anyway

So here I am blogging at 4 am in the morning and to tell you the truth I am not a fan of blogging. Reading, yes but blogging? err tidaaaak. But, enough is enough, I need to try something new and blogging is always something I want try. So for start, I'll write reasons for my blogging just incase one day I got disarray and write every emo stories in my life (dijauhkaaaan..)

Aisyah's top 5 reasons to blog :
1. Improve my English (Duh!)
2. Write my life experience so I can look back and say "Ooohh I did that??"
3. To " ekspresikan dirimu!"
4. To see how much I improve and become stronger over the years (or the other way around, who knows)
5. So when I'm old and tiada gigi , I can go and read,
"Kisah pengembaraan cik Ecah yang penuh bahaya dan cabaraaaan!!" to my grandkids. Sure diorang ternganga mulut-bley-masuk-lalat bile dengar. hehee

So there folks, reasons for me to blog and hope I'll be rajin enough to update it everyweek.

Bye!
